The Hammersley Group submit The Good Oil WR80 as a new concept for the future of wire rope lubrication and protection. The Good Oil WR80 represents the culmination of Hammersley's many years in the development of effective, diverse and safe industrial lubricants.

Excellent water repellency: Surrounds and binds strongly to the
individual strands of wire, preventing the ingress of any water moisture.
Unsurpassed penetration and friction reduction: Very low friction
coefficient indicates effective reduction of friction and more efficient
lubrication characteristics.
100% active: The fluid contains no diluents - 100% of the fluid sprayed
onto the rope remains as the active penetrant and lubricant.
No solvent evaporation: No change in any characteristic. The
concentrate is rapidly absorbed to coat all the rope's fibres, quickly
lubricating and relieving friction between strands.
Non-hazardous: The WR80 fluid does not meet the criteria for
classification as a hazardous good.
Ecologically responsible: No petroleum ingredients. WR80 is not
classified hazardous to the aquatic environment. It is readily
biodegradable, and it is not bio-ccumulative. The fluid has no Global
Warning Potential (GWP) and zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP).

The Good Oil WR80 was developed for the preservation of standing or running wire ropes in all marine environments.
It also provides excellent service for the lubrication, protection, and wear resistance of marine chains and mechanisms.
